1Paper, printing and the zip
Do I need to print anything?+
No. Your child reads the steps on any screen and draws on plain paper with a pencil.
Do I need a printer?+
No. The drawings need only paper and a pencil.
Are there pages my child can print?+
Yes, if they want them. The warm up boxes, journal, badges and certificate are there to print. The drawings themselves need only paper.
What's in the zip?+
Two versions of the books: one in colour, and a printable black and white version that saves printer ink. Print only if you want to.
How do I open the zip on my phone?+
On iPhone: open the Files app, find the zip and tap it. It opens into a folder with the books. On Android: open your phone's file manager, tap the zip, then tap Extract.
How do I open it on a laptop?+
On Windows: right click the zip and choose Extract All. On Mac: double click the zip.

What size are the pages?+
Each book is A4 size, if you choose to print.
Can I print it again for a second child?+
Yes. You can print as many copies as you like for the children in your own home.
2Getting the books
Is this a printed book or a download?+
It's a download: a zip file with the books as PDFs. Nothing is shipped. Read it on any screen. Draw on paper.
How do I get the books after paying?+
Your download link shows on the order page right after you pay. The same link is sent to the email you gave at checkout.
How long does it take?+
Usually within 2 minutes of payment. In rare cases, such as a payment delay, it can take up to 24 hours.
I paid but I can't find the email.+
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is not there, tap "Chat with us" or write to hello@learntodraw.co with your order number. We'll resend it.
How many times can I download the files?+
Each download link works up to 5 times. Save the files on your phone and your computer, and keep a copy.
I lost my files. Can I get them again?+
Yes. Write to us and we will help.
What if the download doesn't work?+

3Age and level
What age is it for?+
Children aged 6 to 12. One book suits the whole range.
My child is 6. Is it too hard? My child is 11. Is it too easy?+
One book suits both. The steps are small enough for a 6 year old, and the shading gives older children plenty to work on.
Can two children use it together?+
Yes. Same book, same story, so brothers and sisters can draw side by side.
My child says "I can't draw." Is this for them?+
It was made for that child. The first drawing starts with light lines, and every drawing is broken into 6 to 14 small steps.
My child has never really drawn. Where do they start?+
At the start of Book 1, with warm ups and a few light lines.
4Using the books
Is there tracing?+
No. Every drawing is real pencil, in small steps.
What does my child need?+
A pencil, plain paper, and the book open on any screen.
What's inside?+
Each book has six parts:
- A story: your child is a student at Starfall Academy, and each drawing is a quest.
- Warm ups: a short warm up gets the hand ready before each drawing.
- Step by step drawings: 6 to 14 small steps, each adding one new part.
- Badges: every finished drawing earns a badge.
- A journal: a journal to fill in as they go.
- A certificate: one in their name at the end of each book.
Is it an app?+
No app. The PDF opens on any phone, tablet or laptop. The screen shows the steps. The drawing happens on paper.
Who is Orrin?+
Orrin is the headmaster of Starfall Academy. He invites your child in, one drawing at a time.
Do I need to sit with my child?+
Sitting together for the first warm up helps. After that, the story and the steps guide them.
Is it safe for young children?+
The books are for learning and fun. Children should use pencils, erasers and sharpeners with adult help as right for their age.
5Price and payment
How much is it?+
₹299 for all 3 books. The original price is ₹1,299.
Is ₹1,299 a real price?+
Yes. ₹1,299 is the real original price. Today it is ₹299 for all 3 books.
Can I buy just one book?+
No. The three books come together as one collection.
Is it a subscription?+
No. It's one payment of ₹299. Nothing renews.
How can I pay?+
By UPI, card or net banking, at a secure checkout.
Are there extra costs?+
No. Prices are in rupees and include any taxes. There is no delivery charge.
Can I share the files with friends?+
Please don't. You may print for the children in your own home. Sharing, uploading or reselling the files needs our written OK. Each PDF carries the buyer's name and phone number.
Can I use it in a paid class?+
Only with our written permission. Write to hello@learntodraw.co.
6Refunds
What if my child doesn't enjoy it?+
Try the first drawing together. If your child doesn't enjoy it, message us within 7 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. The promise applies once per household.
What if the file doesn't reach me?+
We'll refund you in full if we can't fix it within 48 hours of you telling us. This covers a missing link, a file that won't open, the wrong file, or being charged twice.
How do I ask for a refund?+

When will I get my money back?+
Approved refunds go back to the way you paid within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Can I cancel my order?+
Orders are delivered instantly, so they can't be cancelled once paid. Use our first drawing promise instead.
What happens to the files after a refund?+
The licence to use the books ends, so please delete the files.
