Learn to Draw sells digital drawing books as PDF downloads. This page explains when we refund an order.

Our first drawing promise

Try the first drawing with your child. If your child doesn't enjoy it, message us within 7 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. No long forms. Just tell us your order number.

The promise applies once per household. When we refund an order, your licence to use the books ends, so please delete the files.

Delivery problems

We will also refund your full payment if any of these happen and we can't fix it within 48 hours of you telling us:

• You paid but did not get your download link.
• The file won't download or won't open.
• We sent you the wrong file.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

How to ask for a refund

Tap "Chat with us", call +91 88106 20728, or email hello@learntodraw.co with your order number. We reply every day between 10 am and 10 pm.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the way you paid (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Cancellations

Orders are delivered instantly, so they can't be cancelled once paid. Use the first drawing promise instead.
