Everything we sell is a digital download. There is no physical shipping and no delivery charge.

How you get your books

• Right after payment, your download link shows on the order confirmation page.
• The same link is sent to the email address you gave at checkout.
• Your download is a zip file with two versions of the books: one in colour, and a printable black and white version that saves printer ink.

How long it takes

Delivery is instant, usually within 2 minutes of payment. In rare cases, such as a delay from the payment gateway, it can take up to 24 hours.

Download limits

Each download link can be used up to 5 times, so you can save the files on your phone and your computer. Keep a copy once downloaded. If you lose your files, write to us and we will help.

What you need

A phone, tablet or computer that can open a zip file and PDF files. Your child draws on plain paper with a pencil, so a printer is optional. If you print, the books are A4 size and the black and white version saves ink.
