Learn to Draw sells digital drawing books as PDF downloads. This policy explains when we refund an order.
Our Day 1 promise
Try Day 1 of the book with your child. If your child doesn't enjoy it, message us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. No long forms: just tell us your order number.
The Day 1 promise applies once per household. When we refund an order, the licence to use the books ends, so please delete the files.
Delivery problems
We will also refund your full payment if any of these happen and we cannot fix it within 48 hours of you telling us:
- You paid but did not receive your download link on WhatsApp or email.
- The file will not download or will not open.
- We sent you the wrong book.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
How to ask for a refund
Message us on WhatsApp or call +91 88106 20728, or email hello@learntodraw.co, with your order number. We reply every day between 10 am and 10 pm.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Cancellations
Orders are delivered instantly, so they cannot be cancelled once paid. Use the Day 1 promise instead.
